The setup fee (€39 for most plans, €79 for enterprise models) is a one-time charge covering hardware assembly, BIOS configuration, and RAID setup. It's billed alongside your first monthly payment and is non-refundable once provisioning begins — but there's no ongoing contract after that.
Yes — that's the point of this page. Each of the six plans has a pre-configured baseline, but our support team can adjust RAM capacity, storage size, and OS before provisioning. For a fully custom build from scratch, open a ticket and we'll quote you.
For running multiple VMs, the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D (€142/mo, 16 cores, 128 GB DDR5 ECC) and the AMD EPYC 9454P (€272/mo, 48 cores, 256 GB DDR5 ECC) are the standout choices. ECC RAM prevents silent memory errors across long-running virtual machines, and the high core counts leave headroom for many concurrent VMs.
Not necessarily. While these are unmanaged servers, installing a control panel like HestiaCP (free) or cPanel/WHM makes the experience close to shared hosting for day-to-day tasks. We also offer basic post-delivery setup assistance free of charge — just open a ticket after your server arrives.
No. Each server gets its own dedicated 1 Gbps uplink — not a shared port. Bandwidth is unmetered on all configurable plans, so there's no monthly traffic cap.
Most orders go live within 24 hours on weekdays. AMD EPYC 9454P and Intel Xeon Gold 5412U builds may take up to 48 hours due to component assembly. You'll receive root credentials by email as soon as provisioning completes.
Yes. Additional IPv4 addresses and subnet allocations are available as add-ons. Mention your IP requirements in the order notes or open a support ticket after delivery.
Credit Card and PayPal orders start provisioning immediately. Bank transfer orders begin after funds clear — typically 1–2 business days depending on your bank. We accept payments in EUR.
